Marcel was a class act from start to finish. I priced many similar vehicles at other dealerships but they had "this fee" and "that fee" that made them cheaper online but more money on paper. He addressed all my concerns and points during the interaction and offered a moment of outstanding "post sale support". Most dealers have no time for you after the cheque has been cashed but Marcel was outstanding. Lako Auto is slightly smaller dealer with a huge value proposition. Will do business again.
